Q: How do I place an order on your website?

A: You can browse by Foundation, Powder and Blush, then by color tone. When you find the product you are looking for, simply click ‘Add to Bag’. The item will appear in your shopping bag at the top right of the screen. When you’ve finished browsing and are ready to place your order, click on your shopping bag and then ‘Proceed to Checkout’.

 

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS.

 

Q: Do you offer free shipping?

A: There is free shipping within Sweden all orders and free shipping to the Rest of the world on orders over 600sek.

 

Q: What does shipping cost inside Sweden?

A: Shipping is free within Sweden.

 

Q: How much is shipping to Denmark, Finland and Norway?

A: Shipping for orders under 600sek to Denmark, Finland and Norway is 59sek.

 

Q: How much is shipping on international orders?

A: To the rest of Europe shipping costs 59sek and 79sek for the rest of the world.

 

Q: Do I pay Swedish VAT on my order (25%)?

A: All orders shipped to EU countries are inclusive of the 25% moms (VAT). All other orders are shipped DDU, meaning the customer is responsible for paying any duties and taxes incurred upon receipt.

 

Q: When will I receive my order?

A: Within Sweden delivery is 2-4 days after dispatch; Europe: 5-8 days; Rest of the World: 6-12 days.

 

Q: Why have I not received my order yet?

A: If your order hasn’t arrived within the above time frame, you are welcome to contact our customer service team through the website under the contact tab. Please ensure that you state your order number.
